WHEEL REPAIRS

  1. The process begins by removing any build up of paint or laquer followed by media blasting to endsure a good clean surface before moving onto the next stage.
  2. The wheel is checked for signs of damage i.e buckles, dents or kerb damage (we can repair it at this stage). The wheel is then powder coated, which acts as a primer, then baked in an oven and left to cure.
  3. The wheel is then spray painted (to a colour of your choice) and a special clear lacquer is applied before the final baking which will help to protect the wheel against general road use, tar, moisture and salt build up.
